Environmental Facility Licensing
Facilitation of Operational Start-Up
Environmental licensing for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities is a complex and demanding process that requires specialized knowledge of environmental and urban planning legislation.
CHARC undertakes the complete management of the Environmental Licensing process, from the pre-evaluation and categorization of the activity to the final approval of the environmental terms (AETO) or the submission of Standard Environmental Commitments (SEC), where required.
Our experience across projects of various scales – from small workshops and warehouses to large industrial units – ensures the accurate classification of the installation, full legislative compliance, and the fastest possible approval by the competent authorities.
Our Process:
- Pre-Evaluation & Categorization of the activity in accordance with Law 4014/2011
- Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or Standard Environmental Commitments (SEC)
- Submission and Monitoring of the file through the competent services
- Coordination with involved authorities (Municipalities, Regions, Ministry of Environment, Fire Department, etc.)
- Approval and Receipt of the final environmental terms
